The film tells about the builders of modern Bulgaria. They are ordinary, average Bulgarians, Turks and Gypsies, bearded from adversity, soaked in expectation, destroyed by grueling construction work and slaughter suffering, men and women of different ethnic groups, ages and social strata, on a business trip to the Black Sea region for more than nine months a year. Fate had collected them, supposedly by accident. The film tracks their construction days, pub nights, and their short vacations at their permanent passport location.
