Plamen Panev
Biography
Plamen Panev graduated from the High Institute of Theater Arts in 1990. His graduation thesis film, Decree No. 2, was screened at international film festivals in Munich, Tel Aviv, Paris, Mexico City, Poitiers, Moscow and Monte Cassini (Italy). He has staged over 30 theater productions in Bulgaria and abroad.
