When a bystander charges onto a basketball court during a game, he is shoved aside by one of the players. This perfectly understandable action results in the bystander sending a formal letter of complaint to the boy's school. The vice-principal understands the situation because as the school's athletic director, he was a witness to the incident. However, he feels it is expedient all the same to put a damaging letter of reprimand in the boy's file, thus ensuring that he can never be admitted to college. When one of the boy's female classmates speaks out on his behalf, she wins the same treatment from the spineless bully.
