Tyrnovskata konstituciq (1998)

The film traces the history of the Third Bulgarian State from 1879 till 1947 and observes the application and the violation of the Turnovo Constitution and the events that followed. The film tries to relate the legal basis of parliamentary democracy with the historical facts and goes deeper into dramatic history of Bulgaria from the last quarter of the 19 century and the first half of the 20 century.
