In 1978 Iskra Yossiffova graduated from The National Academy of Theatre and Film Art "Krustyo Sarafov" in Sofia in the class of prof. Hristo Hristov (assistant Georgi Diulgerov). From 1979 till 1991 she worked at the Boyana film company, Sofia, Bulgaria.
Iskra Iosifova died on September 14, 2005 in Sofia, Bulgaria from cancer.
