Konstantin Vasilev Kisimov was born on April 16th, 1897 in Veliko Tyrnovo. He died on August 16th, 1965. He graduated in Law from the Sofia University. Later he studied in the Sorbonne. He completed the National Theater School in 1923 and specialized in Paris until 1928.
