Mihail Meltev
Biography
Mihail Meltev was born on February 17, 1954 in Topolovgrad, Bulgaria. He graduated film direction at NAFTA (National Academy of Film and Theatre Art), Sofia, Bulgaria (1980). Since 1992 he has been teaching film direction at the SWU "Neofit Rilski", Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria and film management at the New Bulgarian University, Sofia.
