Stefan Iordanov Gecov was born on July 3rd, 1932 in the village of Myglij, near Kazanlyk. He died on October 10th, 1996 in Sofia. He graduated with a degree in acting from VITIZ "Krystio Sarafov" in the classes of prof. N.O. Masalitinov (1954).
